Whether you’re new to the National Association of Mothers’ Centers or a long-time supporter, we invite you to attend our conferences and events. This annual event, first held in 1996, is a great way for employers and employees alike to explore issues in the work/life integration arena. Nationally recognized experts share their insights into how workplace flexibility and family-friendly policies make good business sense. Sessions cover the myriad issues around elder care, child care, balancing responsibilities of both work and family, parenting, and how to create and implement innovative work/life policies. Hear about current research and best practices firsthand at this productive event.
Advocacy Workshop "Creating Clout: Using Your Mom Power To Clean Up This Bureaucratic Mess". An honest presentation and discussion on how and why as mothers it’s important for us to advocate for both our children and ourselves.
