Guest Panelist: Our very own Linda Lisi Juergens, NAMC Executive Director

Jericho, NY (October 16, 2007) - Soroptimist International of Nassau County presents A Provocative Panel Discussion: The Status of Women & Girls on Long Island "You've Come a Long Way, Baby"... or have you?

 

Our very own Executive Director Linda Lisi Juergens was chosen as a distinguished panelist along with other speakers, will be addressing issues of economic status, education, employment and training opportunities, health care, marriage and family as they relate to women and girls living on Long Island.

Sarah Lansdale, Sustainable Long Island

 

Diane Cohen, Long Island Fund for Women & Girls

 

Yvonne Mowatt, Girl Scouts of Nassau County

 

This Dinner event will take place on Tuesday, October 16, 2007at 6:00 PM at The Orchard Restaurant located at 730 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY (516-742-1116).
